My Story
Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been drawn to conversations with people older than me. While most kids my age played and talked among their peers, I found myself sitting at the feet of grandparents, neighbors, and elders—listening, learning, asking questions. Their stories fascinated me. Their experiences held a kind of truth and richness I couldn’t find anywhere else. I wasn’t interested in surface talk; I craved depth, insight, and real-life wisdom.
That lifelong love of learning from elders became the heartbeat of Wisdom Above Ground.
